Indiana Info Fishing Reports The Weekend Report 06/04/2010
First a word of warning: Mississinewa reservoir at at Pearson's mill ramp. I have seen at least one report of car windows being smashed out, so if you fish in that area beware !!
Farm Ponds: Fishing Indiana farm ponds has been very good for bluegill and bass. Bluegill are on the beds in most places. Some bluegill in far southern Indiana have begun to move off beds. Bass are being taken on plastic's and top water baits.

Pine Lake: Fished Pine Lake yesterday afternoon 6/3/2010 for a little fishing therapy. We caught a wide variety of fish. Bass, crappie, bluegill and perch.
Monroe reservoir Fishing Report: Lots of mixed reports. Either your into some nice fish or your catching nothing but small ones. Several good reports of bass, crappie, bluegill, striped bass, and catfish. Striped bass above the dam early mornings and late evenings. Bluegill are on beds. Crappie being caught slow trolling jigs in 7 to 10 feet deep water.
Patoka Lake Fishing Report: Bluegill have begun moving off the beds. Bass fishing is fair near points, and on outside weedlines with jigs, plastic's and crankbaits. Carp fishing is good. Carp have been spawning. Channel catfishing has been good for night fishing anglers using cut bait, nightcrawlers, and stink baits
Brookville Reservoir Fishing Report: Bluegill fishing has been good. Bluegill are on beds and biting on crickets. Channel cats have been biting on just about anything. No reports of any walleye.
Summit Lake Fishing Report: Bluegills are beginning to move onto beds. Lots and lots of dink bass being caught.
Ohio river Fishing Report: Water is high with just a few anglers daring to get out. Some nice blue catfish being caught, a few flatheads, and a few channel cats. Beware of those Asian carp, they were jumping in the boat !!
Where: Ohio River near Cannelton
Water Temps: 68-70 degree
Water Quality: Muddy with some debris
Baits: Fresh skipjack and shad
Cataract lake fishing report Crappie fish the dam area at Cataract with curly tails I was there on Friday morning and the Shad schools were so big & thick it turned the area of water they were in Black ! HUGE Shad schools
The lake is down just a bit, but they are bringing it up slowly to pool. This isn't affecting the lake or the fishing though. The fishing is good to excellent right now. The big female crappie are ready to do their thing (if not already) & the smaller ones are a bit behind. Very few walleye being caught.
White river fishing report: Fished the river this morning 6/4/2010. Water has finally gone back down, but still muddy.
Caught several nice smallies and a few smaller ones. All in all it was a good morning to be out fishing.....but it got hot in a hurry....I think summer is here.
Good Fishing Everyone ! Just get out and go !!
