Our pay lake pick of the week is: Catfish Charlie's Pay Lake
Hubbard's South Pay Lakes: Sorry, called them a couple times with no answer, so they must be busy.
Hi-Way Springs pay lake is reporting a very poor bite with just a few catfish and carp being caught.
Clear View Pay Lakes are reporting a very poor bite. They did have a 48 and 43 caught recently, and they just stocked another jumbo 56 pounder.
Springhill Campground and pay lake did stock yesterday. A good bite for channel catfish.
Catfish Charlie's pay lake is reporting that the lake has been heavelly stocked, and that there just hasn't been much of anyone out there fishing in the heat. Fish are hitting from dusk to dawn. Very nice place if you've never been there. Check them out, I highly recommend them.
Wheeler Pay Lake did stock Friday morning with a big load of channel catfish. A good bite on nightcrawlers, chicken livers, and shrimp.
Haley's 11011 pay lake reporting a slow bite. The person I talked to had only been on duty for about an hour and really didn't know, or was un-sure about the bite.
Fish-A-While pay lake has stocked and a good bite is reported, how-ever they are not open on Fridays. They will be open Saturday and Sunday for sure.
