A LACK OF RAINFALL IN RECENT WEEKS...COMBINED WITH A DRY AIRMASS IN PLACE AND A STEADY SURFACE WIND WILL CREATE CONCERN FOR BURNING CONDITIONS ON MONDAY AFTERNOON.
