Gibson County architectural findings presentation, Nov. 16
Findings of an architectural survey done on Gibson County by the DNR Division of Historic Preservation and Archaeology (DHPA) will be presented in a public meeting, Nov. 16, at 7 p.m., at Lyles Station School.
Amy Walker, architectural historian with the DHPA, will talk about the survey and explain how residents can access and use the data through an online DNR database.
Gibson County residents will also be able to learn about the DHPA's architectural survey program, find out about the architecture and history of Gibson County, and find out if their property was one of the over 1,400 sites identified so far.
