Comments about fish:
With water temps hovering in the lower 30's F, anglers need to present their offerings low & slow. Try bouncing spawn sacs, skein, nightcrawlers or pieces of shrimp just off the bottom through the deepest holes.
Comments about body of water:
As of this morning (2/11/2011), most of Trail Cr is frozen except riffle areas. Expect similiar conditons on the western tribs. With warmer temperatures forecasted for the region, creeks will start to slowly open up over the next couple of days. The harbor in MC is frozen.
